The Reset: I AM NOT FOR EVERYONE:

A 3-Month Experience in Clarity, Self-Trust and JOY.

Build confidence to communicate clearly, set boundaries and stop explaining yourself.

Oh, and joy. MUCH MORE JOY. Obviously.

You’re not making it up. Things are shifting.

The roles you’ve played, the routines you’ve relied on, and even the way you have made sense of the world all feel like they are under review.

You may feel disconnected from the version of yourself that once felt steady. The ways of being that used to work no longer do. You are not falling apart, but you also know you are not thriving. And if you are honest, you are tired of pretending that everything is fine when it is not.

This isn’t about dramatic upheaval or a crisis you can point to. It is quieter than that, but no less important. You have simply been feeling less like yourself, and you are ready to change that.

You do not need another ritual, a new routine, or a list of lofty, unattainable goals. You have already done the work. You have read the books, been in therapy (good call, always!), and had the hard conversations. You have handled more than most people will ever know, often without asking for anything in return.

But somewhere in the middle of all that resilience and adulting, you misplaced the lightness you once had. The moments of joy are fewer and farther between, and you miss them.

What you need now is not just space to think, but also sharp guidance, honest reflection, and a trusted place to finally hear yourself without all the noise.

Who am I to lead you there? I am a two-time bestselling author whose books have sold hundreds of thousands of copies and been translated into multiple languages. I have spoken to global audiences from small retreats to Fortune 500 companies. I have lived through profound loss, identity shifts, and personal reinvention, and I have guided thousands of women toward clarity, self-trust, and a joy that does not depend on perfect circumstances. I know the terrain because I have walked it myself, and I can share what I have learned to help you find your own way to the other side, too.

That is exactly what this reset offers.

And this is why I’ve created

The Reset:

I AM  NOT FOR EVERYONE.

This is not about becoming a shinier version of yourself. It is about stepping into a clearer one. The version of you who moves with certainty, speaks with honesty, does not keep negotiating her own needs, and makes room for joy even in the middle of real life.

It is an offer of the time and place where you can get clear again. Not performatively clear, but actually clear. Clear about what you want, what you are done with, and how you want to move forward from here. This is not a blueprint. It is tools, language, and lived wisdom that has been earned, along with the reminder that joy is not a luxury. It is essential.

This is where clarity returns, boundaries sharpen, self-trust rebuilds, and joy takes its rightful place at the center of your life.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

You won’t need to wonder if this is for you. You’ll know. If you see yourself in any of these, this reset was built with you in mind:

You’re in midlife and still shape shifting.
You’ve held it together for a long time. But lately, it’s taking more energy than it should just to seem… fine.

You’re in a new phase of life.
Maybe you’re post breakup, leaving a long-term job, or your kids have left home. Your roles have shifted. Your identity feels wobbly. You’re asking yourself, Now what?

You’re a creative who’s lost the spark.
You used to be full of ideas. Now you feel weighed down by noise, pressure, and what other people expect from you. You still want to create, but from a place that actually feels like you.

You’re a founder who’s quietly worn down by it all.
You built the business. It worked. But now it’s exhausting to keep performing the version of you that made it happen, and you’re hoping for something quieter and more true.

You’re an executive who finds herself in the in-between.
You’ve built a solid career. But something’s shifting, and you want clarity before making the next move.

You’re carrying grief.
Maybe it’s recent. Maybe it’s old. But it’s shaped you. You move through the world with a full heart and a quiet ache. This isn’t therapy, but I’ve lived through and written a lot about navigating grief and loss. You want space that honors both.

You’ve done the work, but you need space to live like it.
Somewhere along the way, you started shrinking. You lost your voice and/ or let your boundaries slide. You’re ready to come back to yourself. With full clarity this time.

WHY NOW?

I haven’t offered small group or deeper one-on-one work in over six years. I’m doing it now because too many of us are walking through big, quiet transitions with no real place to land and no space to get us through.

The Reset: I Am Not For Everyone is a potent, three-month experience for women who are who are ready for sharper boundaries, clearer thinking, and joy that doesn’t rely on everything looking perfect.

It’s part one-on-one work with me, part real-time group conversation, and part hearing yourself again in the company of smart, curious women.

We’ll meet as a small cohort—no more than 12 of us—because intimacy and honesty matter.

This is a reset for how you move through the world and how you return to joy.

If this resonates, I hope you’ll join me.

  • LEARNING: Six 90-minute Live Group Sessions

Six live, 90-minute small group sessions (MAX 12 PEOPLE) taught and led by me. These are not passive, you will be learning through teaching, reflection, and guided conversation. I’ll be sharing the tools, language, and practices that have helped me move through uncertainty, loss, reinvention, and the middle spaces in between. You’ll also be invited to bring your own experience into the sessions if you’d like to. Each session is designed to be useful, direct, and deeply grounded in lived experience.

These will take place every other Monday evening (EST), beginning September 15, 2025. Exact time will be confirmed once the group is set, but plan for evening sessions to accommodate most time zones. If you’re not in the U.S., replays will be available and we’ll stay connected via WhatsApp and your 1:1 sessions.

  • GUIDANCE: Six 60-minute 1:1 calls with Cyndie

Five One-on-One sessions during the experience and one after the three months are complete. Bring the thing you’re not sure how to say out loud, the moment you feel stuck, or the question you’ve been circling. I’ll meet you there with honesty, clarity, and lived perspective.

  • PERSPECTIVE: Personal ‘STEADY NOTES FOR UNSTEADY TIMES’ voice recordings

Three personal voice notes from me, created just for you during our time together. Each one will reflect something I have noticed in you, whether it is a truth you named, a need you voiced, or something you have been quietly carrying. They are short, thoughtful messages that offer real-time support you can keep in your pocket. Honest reminders of what is true for you, delivered when you need them most, and yours to revisit any time.

  • CONNECTION: Private WhatsApp community space

A private (just for us) WhatsApp group for check-ins, witnessing, and quick “is it just me?” moments. This is live access for quick support or questions.

  • REFLECTION: Light integration prompts and reflection practices

Between sessions, you’ll receive clear takeaway one-pagers, complete with integration prompts to help you slow down and actually hear yourself *something most of us rarely make space for as adults.

I’m a former professor, so yes, the PDFs are thorough (and surprisingly useful). These are invitations to slow down and check in with yourself, not boxes to check off. You can reflect back on these long after our sessions end.

  • ACCESS: Replay access for all group sessions

If you miss a session or want to revisit something later, replays will be available but this experience is best lived live.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • GATHERING: OPTIONAL in-person gathering

Depending on group interest, a small in-person gathering may be added in the Montclair area near the end of the experience; for hugs, depth, and connection offline.

SESSION DETAILS:

  • What you’ve always known but stopped saying out loud.

We begin by telling the truth to ourselves first. What have you been holding in, twisting, or editing for others? This is the foundation of your reset: remembering who you are before the noise. Who you are when you’re not performing. We’ll slow down and name what’s real without pressure or polish. You’ll reflect on what brought you here, what you’ve been carrying quietly, and what part of you feels ready to come forward. As you strip away the performance, you’ll notice the joy of being fully in your own skin again.

  • How to stop tolerating what drains you.

This session is about getting clear on what you’ve been tolerating and why. We’ll look at where you’ve said yes when you meant no, softened your language to avoid conflict, or stayed quiet to keep the peace. You’ll leave with language to say no clearly and the confidence to mean it. And with every clean no, you make space for the yeses that actually get you excited again.

  • Putting down the roles you never chose.

We’re looking at the unspoken rules and roles you’ve inherited; the ones you never consciously chose but have shaped how you show up. The good daughter. The peacemaker. The one who absorbs the discomfort so no one else has to. We’ll name what’s been expected of you, question where those expectations came from, and decide what you’re no longer willing to carry. The freedom of putting those rules down isn’t just relief but also the joy of getting to decide what your own rules look like.

  • When clarity costs you something and you do it anyway.

Not everything gets a clean resolution, but some things still need to be faced. This session is about moving toward discomfort with honesty, not avoidance. We’ll talk about grace, tension, and what it means to act in alignment with your integrity, even when it’s uncomfortable. On the other side of those hard moments is a quiet joy that comes from knowing you didn’t let yourself down.

  • Hearing yourself clearly…and believing it.

We’ll look at the moments you tend to second-guess yourself and what shifts when you don’t. This session focuses on everyday self-trust: the overthinking, overexplaining, and quiet delaying that pulls you away from what you already know. We’ll explore what it feels like to stop doing that. Not perfectly, but more honestly.

  • Living what’s true for you now.

In this final session, you’ll name what you are taking forward, what you are done with, and what you no longer feel the need to explain. Then we will map out exactly how to integrate it into your day-to-day life. You will leave with a clear plan for where to start, how to hold your boundaries in real conversations, and how to keep choosing joy without apology.

You will leave this cohort with language, clarity, and a real-life framework for showing up honestly in conversations, relationships, and decisions— creating a rhythm that makes joy not just possible, but inevitable. This is the integration of what you have reclaimed.

1. MENTORSHIP & EXPERTISE

Six one-on-one sessions with me. You’ll get five private calls during the experience and one more after the group wraps. No worksheets. No pretending. Just us, getting into the truth of where you are and what needs to shift.
(Value: $4,500. My 1:1 rate is $750/hour. Yes, it’s included.)

3. DIRECTION

You’ll leave with clarity about what comes next. Whether it’s a conversation you’ve been avoiding, a decision you’ve been circling, or a change you haven’t had the language for yet, you’ll know what to do and how to move.

4. LANGUAGE

You’ll have the words for what you haven’t been able to say. That might be an email, a text, a boundary, or a truth you’ve kept to yourself. You’ll know how to say it clearly and confidently, without performing around it.

5. BOUNDARIES

You’ll learn how to say no and hold your line without guilt. You’ll leave with practical boundary language you can use in your workplace, your relationships, and the moments that usually knock you off center.

6. PRESENCE

You’ll notice where you’ve been shrinking or editing yourself to make other people comfortable, and you’ll stop. You’ll show up with your full self—not just the version you’ve been taught to make more acceptable.

7. SELF-TRUST

You’ll stop outsourcing your decisions. You’ll learn to recognize your own knowing and trust it enough to act on it, without asking five other people what they think first.

2. TEACHING

We’ll meet for six live group sessions, each one led and taught by me. I’m regularly hired to deliver this level of insight and guidance to global companies for $20,000 an hour. Here, you’re not listening from the back row. You’re in the room, asking questions in real time. This is not theory. It’s lived leadership, shared clearly and without pretense.

9. REMINDERS

You’ll receive six simple, well-designed PDFs—one after each session—to help you reflect, revisit, and remember what matters. No filler. Just useful takeaways to keep the work close when life gets loud.

10. STEADY NOTES FOR UNSTEADY TIMES

You’ll get three personal voice notes from me throughout the program. Brief, unscripted, and sent just when you need them. Part pep talk and part honest reminder to help you hold steady when things feel shaky.

8. COMMUNITY

You’ll be in conversation with a small group of women who are also holding a lot and are done pretending otherwise. This is not surface-level connection. It’s honest exchange with people who get it. There will be no more than twelve.

What You’ll Walk Away With:

WHY SHOULD YOU TRUST ME?

This isn’t just theory. It’s lived leadership, earned.

In my 47.5 years, I’ve walked through deep loss (a whole lot of it), reinvention, identity shifts, caregiving, starting over, letting go, and beginning again. More than once. (Feel free to read my last book MICROJOYS or my Substack for more on that.) I’ve written bestselling books on clarity and joy in the midst of chaos and heartache. I’ve been the one holding it all together and the one unraveling quietly, too. I’ve learned how to trust what I know, even when it doesn’t make sense to anyone else. Theory matters deeply and I’ve got that covered, but my lived experience has always been a guide.

I’m not leading this because I’ve figured everything out. I’m leading this reset because I’ve lived through enough, and led enough, to know what matters. And I’m willing to say it plainly.

For the past 13 years, I’ve guided women—executives, creatives, caregivers, and those in transition—who were done contorting themselves to be more palatable. Not because they were broken, but because they were choosing to live and lead with more clarity, self-trust, and honesty.

I’m a professional speaker, a facilitator, and an educator. I’ve built three communities for hundreds of women. I’ve taught in corporate boardrooms, renowned college classrooms, and intimate circles. I’ve shared my voice on The Today Show, from keynote stages, and through bestselling books. But presence, not titles, is what actually holds space. And that’s what I bring.

I don’t believe women need more advice. I believe we need space to hear ourselves and one another. I Am Not For Everyone: The Reset is that space.

I hold it with clarity and warmth. I name what’s real. I say the thing you might not be ready to say but are relieved to hear. And I won’t ever ask you to be anything other than exactly who you already are.

I haven’t created something like this in years. Not because I couldn’t, but because it wasn’t time. Now it is.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Step One: Apply

You’ll fill out a short application so I can get a sense of where you are and whether this space is the right fit. This isn’t about proving yourself. It’s about making sure this experience can truly support you.

Step Two: Invitation to Join If your application aligns with the intention of this experience, you’ll receive a personal note from me with payment details and next steps. You’ll have a 24-hour window to confirm your spot.

If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, I’ll let you know that as well.

Step Three: Payment You can choose to pay in full or in installments.

  • This is a small, intimate experience, with space for 12 women maximum.

The size is intentional so we can have real conversations, meaningful connection, and space to be seen without getting lost in the crowd. Applications will close once we reach 12 participants.

  • Group sessions are 90 minutes every other Monday evening (EST), starting September 15, 2025. The exact time will be confirmed once the group is set. One-on-one calls are scheduled at times that work for you.

You’ll also receive light prompts between sessions and have access to a private WhatsApp space for quick check-ins.

Expect about 2–3 hours of meaningful engagement every other week, with plenty of flexibility to go at your own pace. Replays are available if you can’t make a session, and international participants are absolutely welcome (See below on group sessions.)

  • Maybe. It depends on what you’re hoping to get out of this. If the group calls are the piece you’re most excited about, then live attendance matters. But if you’re drawn to the one-on-one sessions, the integration prompts, and the community space, this can still be a meaningful experience, especially if you stay engaged through WhatsApp and use your private sessions with intention.

It’s about how you want to show up and what kind of support you’re looking for. You get to decide.

  • You’ll receive access to replays for every group session. That said, this experience is meant to be lived in real time. If you can, show up live. That’s where the real connection and clarity happen.

  • Yes. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. I’ll set clear agreements around confidentiality and respect, and I ask everyone who joins to do the same. This is a space for honesty, not performance—and that only works when we create safety together.

  • No. This is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. I’m not a licensed therapist. I’m a lived-experience expert, a skilled facilitator, and a former educator. This space is rooted in reflection, honesty, and personal clarity, not diagnosis or clinical advice.

  • No. And if you are in crisis, this isn’t the right space. I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t designed to offer that level of support.

But you don’t need to be in crisis to know something’s off. Maybe things look fine from the outside, but you’re quietly questioning everything. That’s more than enough reason to be here.

  • Yes. This isn’t about having a certain background or experience. If you’re feeling a shift, if you’re ready to stop pretending everything’s fine, if you want to hear yourself clearly again, you’re in the right place.

  • Yes. This space is built with intention, care, and awareness. It’s led by someone who lives at the intersections of identity and understands what it means to move through the world without always being reflected back. The design and tone consider those who don’t fit the default.

That said, this space is for any woman who’s ready to be honest, to listen, and to show up without performance. If you value real conversation and can hold space for experiences beyond your own, I’d love for you to join us.

  • I honestly don’t know. This experience was created for this season of life, and whether or not I offer it again depends on timing, energy, and what I have the bandwidth to hold in the future. If it feels right, I encourage you to join while it’s open.

  • This is a very limited offering with only 12 spots. When you commit, that space is yours and no longer available to someone else. Because of this, there are no refunds once you make your payment.

That said, I understand that life happens. If something truly unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. While I can’t guarantee a financial resolution, I’ll always do my best to manage with care and clarity to come up with the best possible support for you.

  • Yes. Apply first—I personally review every application. If it feels like a fit, you’ll get an email with next steps and a chance to ask any questions before you commit.
