AS A SEVENTEEN YEAR FASHION INDUSTRY VETERAN, I HAVE AN EYE FOR CRAFTSMANSHIP, A MIND FOR BUSINESS, AND A HEART FOR RELATIONSHIP BUILDING.
I spent most of my fashion career on a successful, but traditional, path. I proudly worked at an enviable brand in New York with an office overlooking the water and a team reporting in to me. All was exactly as it should be, until I woke up on a Sunday and knew that the career I'd spent well over a decade building wasn't one that I was truly passionate about.
It took a few years of not-quite-right international consulting opportunities to understand where my passion truly lies. Through these experiences, I was able to dissect what my strengths are, and are not, and recognize where I felt most fulfilled: connecting with, teaching and empowering women who run artisan businesses, and making personal connections on a smaller scale and one-on-one (Skype counts).
From this place of clarity, I launched my one-on-one coaching practice in addition to The Collective (of Us.) My focus is on public speaking and teaching leadership skills and business strategy to women small business owners. Through a holistic approach that includes both business strategy and coaching, I support women in becoming the most empowered version of themselves through building profitable, strategically-sound small businesses.
I believe that we all have the capacity within ourselves to dance to our own drum and still live wildly successful lives. I also believe that an authentic connection, both personally and professionally, is the one thing that creates the kind of happiness that makes life feel like it's "...rigged in our favor." It is. (Thank you, Rumi.)

'Til next time,
